Copyright Information

In order to use any copyright protected material, you will have to obtain a copyright release from the owner of the copyright to the work. Now that's easier said than done, short of strong-arming him or her into it, you probably will have to compensate the copyright holder in some way. But what is actually a copyright release, how does it look like and what needs to be written in there? As already mentioned, the copyright release form permits the designated person to use the copyrighted material or work in the manner defined within the agreement and shall be clearly outlined within the copyright release document.
